Additionally, the digital inclusion sub-index grew to 76.98% at a proficient level, focusing on accessibility for the elderly and people with disabilities.
Top performing platforms included Absher at 94.38%, Etimad at 94.36%, and Sunaie at 92.83%. Other high-scoring platforms were Balady at 92.56%, Tawakkalna at 92.50%, Musaned at 92.20%, Qiwa at 92.14%, Logisti at 91.72%, and Nama.
Engineer Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Sowayan, Governor of the Digital Government Authority, stated that the results reflect the continuous development of digital services in the Kingdom and the commitment of government entities to utilize beneficiary feedback to achieve Vision 2030 goals.
