According to SPA, the market is supervised by the Emirate of Al Qassim region, represented by Al Midhnab governorate. It is organized by the National Center for Palms and Dates through the Seasonal Markets Platform, and the office of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in Al Midhnab, with official sponsorship from the Chamber of Commerce and participation from the Ministry of Commerce and Al Midhnab municipality.
