According to SPA, the market is supervised by the Emirate of Al Qassim region, represented by Al Midhnab governorate, and organized by the National Center for Palms and Dates via the seasonal markets platform, and the office of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in Al Midhnab. The event is officially sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, with participation from the Ministry of Commerce and Al Midhnab municipality.
The seasonal markets platform provides agricultural and marketing services using modern technologies to improve marketing efficiency, support farmers and producers, and increase the consumption of Saudi dates. The platform aims to organize sales and marketing processes and enable farmers to display and market their production while improving service quality.
