More than 50 varieties of dates produced by farms across Al-Mithnab Governorate are available at the Dates Market in Al-Mithnab, which has seen brisk trading activity and a strong turnout of traders, residents, and visitors.
According to SPA, the market is supervised by the Qassim Region Municipality, represented by Al-Mithnab Governorate, and organized by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture’s office in Al-Mithnab Governorate and the National Center for Palms and Dates via its seasonal markets platform. The event is sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, with participation from Al-Mithnab Governorate and the Ministry of Commerce.
The seasonal markets platform provides marketing and agricultural services using modern technologies to support producers, increase Saudi date consumption, and enhance marketing efficiency.
