Syria will see 70,000 kidney failure patients benefit from improved health and medical services following a joint cooperation agreement. The agreement focuses on enhancing the quality of care provided to these patients.
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) signed the agreement at its headquarters in Riyadh, according to SPA. The partnership was established with the International Association for the Support of Victims of Wars and Natural Disasters.
Implementation involves providing 48 specialized water purification and desalination devices to ensure water quality meets approved medical standards. The agreement also includes the provision of 500 power stabilizers for medical centers, along with necessary medical supplies and solutions to ensure the continuity of dialysis services in selected Syrian health centers.
The signing ceremony was attended by Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz, Assistant Supervisor General of KSrelief for Operations and Programs, and Dr. Muawiyah Mahmoud Harsouni, Chairman of the Board of the International Association for the Support of Victims of Wars and Natural Disasters.
