Jeddah is the site of three royal decrees issued by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
According to SPA, the first decree mandates a reform of the cabinet, which is chaired by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and consists of its current members.
The second decree removes Bandar Khurailef from his position as chairman of the board of the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority. Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Energy and Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, is appointed as the new chairman.
The third decree removes Mohammed Kawais as chairman of the board of the Capital Market Authority and appoints Mazen Sudairi as the new chairman.
