Djeddah is the site of a new cloud seeding operations room inaugurated at the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) headquarters. The facility was opened by the NCM CEO and general supervisor of the Regional Cloud Seeding Program, Dr. Ayman bin Salem Ghulam, alongside center leaders and officials.
