Absher platform leads 2026 Digital Experience Maturity Index

The Ministry of Interior’s Absher platform achieved first place in the 2026 Digital Experience Maturity Index with an overall score of 94.38%.

According to SPA, the platform has held the top position for the second consecutive year. The index, developed by the Digital Government Authority, measures maturity through four main perspectives: beneficiary satisfaction, user experience, complaint handling, and technologies and tools.

Absher recorded a score of 95.14% in beneficiary satisfaction, 94.18% in user experience, and 95.70% in complaint handling. The annual index aims to measure the maturity of government platforms to improve the quality of digital services and enhance the beneficiary experience.
