Syria will see 70,000 kidney failure patients benefit from improved healthcare services following a joint cooperation agreement signed in Riyadh.
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) signed the agreement with the International Association for the Support of Victims of Wars and Natural Disasters, according to SPA.
The agreement aims to ensure the continuity of dialysis services in selected Syrian health centers. This will be achieved by providing 48 specialized water purification and desalination devices to meet approved medical standards, alongside 500 power stabilizers for medical centers and the provision of necessary medical supplies and solutions.
The signing ceremony was attended by Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz, Assistant Supervisor General of KSrelief for Operations and Programs, and Dr. Muawiyah Mahmoud Harsouni, Chairman of the Board of the International Association for the Support of Victims of Wars and Natural Disasters.
